  19. For me, I run Win 3.11 I did the 32 bit installation and it wouldn't start up 
  20. Windows. I took a look at my system.ini and found the line
  21. device=C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\WIN32S\W32S.386
  22. at the very top of my [386Enh] section. I moved it to the bottom of the 
  23. section and now Win 311 and Mosaic 2a4 works.

  50. I have an HTML with a graphic as the first item. When I connect to my server 
  51. (SERWEB a winsock server) Cello hangs on the graphic. Mosaic doesn't do this.

  53. I've traced the TCP calls and it looks like Cello never make the server call 
  54. to get the graphic even though it says it has.
